| Jessica has always been proud to call Norwood home. She lives on South Madison Ave with her husband Kyle and children Hank and Cecilia. Kyle is a Norwood City Schools teacher, and is a Norwood High School graduate and Hank attends Norwood View Elementary. Jessica feels strongly about reinvesting in the community that gave her so much. Jessica is a graduate of Norwood High School and earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science. Jessica is a Registered Nurse who works as the Clinical Education Program Developer at a local Level 1 Trauma Center and is earning her Master’s Degree from Xavier University in Health Care Law. In February 2011 she co- coordinated a medical mission trip and traveled to Port-au-Prince, Haiti where she and 35 other critical care medical professionals staffed the only critical care hospital in the country. Jessica has always loved to help and serve those in her community and beyond. Her grandfather served on Norwood City Council when she was a young girl and she always hoped she too could run for office and make a difference in our wonderful city. In her spare time, Jessica likes to cheer on her son Hank at Norwood Little Indian Football games and loves spending time with her family. Jessica knows the value of education and will work hard to support the Norwood City Schools where 3 generations of her family have been educated. Jessica, if elected, will work to ensure safe and clean streets and support our professional safety services. Jessica believes in the strength of the Norwood community and looks forward, if elected, to serving the citizens of Norwood. |
